Our aim is to provide our valued customers with a reliable laser cutting service with fast turn-around times, as we understand that lead times in the industry are getting progressively worse and that makes it difficult to stay on time and budget. Our standard lead time on laser cutting is around 3 business days, and we can offer a same or next-day service for any urgent jobs, depending on the size and amount of steel thicknesses required.

STEEL BENDING

With our three CNC hydraulic press brakes, our skilled team are able to efficiently bend a range of steels in different thicknesses. We mainly focus on batch and repetition work, as we are able to seamlessly and swiftly manufacture large quantities of components; straight from the laser cutting machine to the press brake.

The presses are able to fold up to a maximum of 20mm thick and we can fold up to 3000mm long, depending on the type of steel, the thickness of the plate and the angle of the fold.
